Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a Global Regulatory Strategy Specialist to drive regulatory intelligence and strategic advocacy across regions. You will bridge Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, Innovation, Sustainability, Government Affairs, and Commercial teams to shape opportunities and mitigate regulatory risks.

In this role you will monitor regulatory developments, prepare executive briefings, and support product development with regulatory insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Toxicology, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, or related field.
Experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, regulatory strategy, government affairs, or environmental compliance.
Experience supporting global chemical, specialty chemical, cleaning, water treatment, biocide, or industrial product portfolios.
Working knowledge of global chemical regulations such as REACH, CLP/GHS, TSCA, CEPA, UK REACH, and K-REACH.
Familiarity with regulatory impact assessment, regulatory intelligence, and horizon-scanning practices.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze global regulatory developments affecting Solenis products and markets.
Prepare regulatory intelligence publications and outlook reports for leadership.
Support identification of regulatory risks, opportunities, and strategic implications.
Maintain regulatory knowledge platforms and governance frameworks.
Represent Solenis in trade associations and external regulatory groups.
