Solenis LLC in the United States seeks a Global Regulatory Strategy Specialist to drive regulatory intelligence and strategic insights across our global portfolio. You will bridge Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, Innovation, Sustainability, Government Affairs, and Commercial teams to navigate opportunities and risks.

This role focuses on monitoring global regulations, producing trend analyses, and supporting policy development while partnering with R&D and Corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline related to regulatory affairs.
• Experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship or regulatory strategy.
• Knowledge of global chemical regulations (REACH, TSCA, UK REACH, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Monitor global regulatory developments affecting Solenis products and markets.
• Develop regulatory trend analyses and strategic impact assessments for leadership.
• Lead quarterly regulatory outlook reports and intelligence publications.
• Support identification of regulatory risks, opportunities and business implications.
• Represent Solenis in trade associations and industry groups.
• Collaborate with Innovation, R&D and Product Stewardship to support new products.
• Maintain regulatory policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
• Provide regulatory support for sustainability initiatives.
• Translate developments into business guidance and executive briefings.
