Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Global Regulatory Strategy Specialist to drive regulatory intelligence and advocacy across the portfolio. You will bridge Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, Innovation, Sustainability, Government Affairs, and Commercial teams to proactively manage opportunities and risks.

The role focuses on global regulatory strategy development, risk assessment, and collaboration with external bodies to influence standards and market access. Strong regulatory background required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Toxicology, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, regulatory strategy, or government affairs.
• Experience with global chemical regulations (REACH, CLP/GHS, TSCA, CEPA, UK REACH, K-REACH).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess global regulatory developments affecting Solenis products and markets.
• Develop regulatory trend analyses and strategic impact assessments for leadership.
• Lead regulatory outlook reports and intelligence publications.
• Identify regulatory risks and opportunities and their long-term implications.
• Support innovation projects with regulatory guidance and governance.
