Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Global Regulatory Strategy Specialist to drive regulatory intelligence and global strategy across products and markets. You will bridge Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, Innovation, Sustainability, Government Affairs, and Commercial teams to manage regulatory opportunities and risks.

The role supports external engagement with industry groups and aligns regulatory guidance with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or regulatory field.
• Experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, strategy, or government affairs.
• Knowledge of global chemical regulations (REACH, CLP/GHS, TSCA, CEPA, UK REACH, K-REACH).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze global regulatory developments affecting Solenis products and markets.
• Develop regulatory trend analyses and strategic impact assessments for leadership.
• Lead or contribute to quarterly regulatory outlook reports and publications.
• Identify regulatory risks, opportunities, and long-term business implications.
• Maintain regulatory intelligence processes, tools, and knowledge sharing.
• Represent Solenis in trade associations and stakeholder forums.
• Manage relationships with external regulatory and industry organizations.
• Collaborate with Innovation, R&D, and Product Stewardship for regulatory support.
• Support development of global regulatory policies, procedures, and governance.
• Provide regulatory support for sustainability initiatives.
