Job summary

Comfrt is seeking a Senior Director International to lead our non-US expansion, shaping international fulfillment, cross-border freight, duties, and compliance across Canada, UK/EU, APAC, and new markets. You will partner with Operations, CX, Finance and Tech to drive revenue growth and protect margins while delivering an on-brand customer experience.

This role demands strategic playbooks, robust SLAs, and data-driven leadership of a global team across time zones, with a focus on landed cost,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in international ecommerce or global logistics.
• Proven leadership of large, cross-functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of VAT/IOSS, duties, and DDP/DDU.
• Experience launching new international markets end to end.
• Strong cost-to-serve and landed cost management.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and BI tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end international ops strategy across markets.
• Manage SLAs, costs, and service standards per market.
• Build scalable international playbooks and launches.
• Lead 3PL selection, carrier negotiation, and go-live planning.
• Oversee cross-border freight and last-mile performance.
• Ensure landed cost accuracy and duty compliance.
• Collaborate with CX, Finance, Tech for alignment.
• Deliver dashboards and insights to leadership.
• Coach and develop the international ops team.
