Job summary

IREN is seeking a Senior Analyst, Global Procurement Strategy in Fort Worth to shape and scale our global procurement strategy for a rapidly expanding data center portfolio. You will partner with the VP of Data Center Procurement to translate priorities into actionable plans, roadmaps, and governance across regions, balancing strategic oversight with rigorous analytics.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, management consulting, or related analytics.
• Experience supporting senior leadership with strategic planning, business cases, or executive-level reporting.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with translating data into insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-facing presentations.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP to develop and operationalize the global procurement strategy across data center categories and regions.
• Translate priorities into structured plans, roadmaps, and frameworks for regional teams.
• Track progress and flag risks to leadership.
• Support design of procurement processes, governance, and tools to scale into new markets.
• Coordinate readiness activities for new-market entry, supplier landscape assessment, and process standardization.
• Identify regional divergences and drive alignment toward a global operating model.
• Research market conditions, supplier capacity, and category trends for global expansion.
• Build business cases and cost/benefit analyses to support sourcing decisions.
• Monitor spend, savings, and pipeline data across regions.
• Prepare board-ready materials and dashboards for VP on strategy and expansion progress.
• Represent VP in cross-functional forums ensuring action-item follow-through.
• Act as a connective point between global strategy and regional execution teams.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, HSE, and Technical teams to align procurement strategy with timelines.
• Support governance cadences across geographies.
• Help standardize procurement strategy templates and reporting frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to use automation and AI-enabled tools.
