We oversee complex payroll implementations and data migrations for clients, guiding them from setup through go-live and ongoing support. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and clients to ensure compliant, accurate payroll configurations.

The role emphasizes client-facing project management, clear communication, and strong problem-solving to deliver on-time, on-budget deployments across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations.
• Experience with payroll systems and software.
• Project management experience with clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll implementation and data migration for Deel’s clients.
• Lead onboarding meetings and manage project plans for successful rollouts.
• Define payroll processes and data requirements; ensure timely calendars.
• Maintain project documentation and status reports for leadership.
• Configure interfaces and reports for parallel and live payroll.
• Coordinate go-live, sign-off, and client-specific process validation.
• Regularly report status, risks, and actions to senior leadership.
• Gather client requirements and guide them through payroll onboarding.
