Job summary

Deel is a leading all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. The Implementation Consultant will onboard clients, configure Deel’s solutions, and guide them through the implementation process to ensure a seamless transition to Deel’s global payroll and compliance platform.

You will work with cross-functional teams, manage multiple client projects, and provide training and support while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years in implementation consulting, project management, or similar.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, payroll, or HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and implementation projects with Deel’s platform.
• Understand client requirements and configure Deel to meet needs.
• Provide platform guidance during implementation, including setup, integrations and testing.
• Coordinate with Sales, CS, and Product for smooth handoff post-sale.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and documentation.
