Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Global Payroll & Equity Operations Lead to own payroll processes and equity administration across multiple entities and currencies. You’ll ensure accurate, compliant pay cycles and data integrity while partnering with People, Legal, Finance, and Tax.

This remote-first role requires hands-on experience with equity plans, global payroll platforms such as Deel, and ERP systems, plus strong attention to detail and an independent, proactive approach in a fast-growing tech

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering equity plans in an international setting (RSUs, stock options, taxable events).
• Experience managing global payroll operations via Deel or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of payroll and tax considerations related to equity compensation.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own core systems, processes, and reporting for payroll operations and equity administration.
• Run accurate, compliant payroll cycles across multiple entities, worker types, and currencies.
• Administer global equity programs in Carta, including grants, vesting, exercises, platform maintenance, and equity‑related taxable events.
• Maintain data consistency across HiBob, Carta, Deel, and ERP systems through reconciliations.
• Support audits and external advisors with accurate, well‑documented operational data.
