Job summary

EPM Scientific is seeking a Freelance Clinical Project Manager to support upcoming Oncology Phase 3 trials. This remote, EU-based role is 0.8–1 FTE for a 12-month project, with a start as soon as possible. You will manage global trial operations and coordinate across regulatory and data-management teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in clinical project management, strong ICH-GCP knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment within the EU.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical project management experience, preferably in Oncology.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and EMA & FDA regulatory environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage global clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee global clinical trial sites, ensuring GCP compliance and protocol adherence.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting site initiation, monitoring, and close-out.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, data collection, and reporting per project timelines.
• Collaborate with CRAs, Medical Monitors, Regulatory Affairs, and Data Management.
• Contribute to risk-based monitoring strategies and support audit readiness.
