The role involves hands‑on production, mentorship, and strategic guidance across global teams. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in multimedia, 3+ years supervising teams, and strong editorial judgment, with fluency in using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in multimedia production with hands-on video/photography.
• Minimum 3 years supervising or managing production teams.
• Strong editorial and ethical storytelling judgment.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of multimedia producers, editors, and archivists.
• Manage vendor relationships and freelancers, including contracting and quality oversight.
• Oversee planning, timelines, and deliverables; liaise with internal stakeholders for alignment.
• Lead pre-production planning and manage asset systems (Asana, Canto).
• Travel as needed for production work.
