Job summary

Art and Wellness Enterprises (AWE) in Bentonville, AR, seeks a Multimedia Manager to tell stories across health care and arts portfolios. You will produce videos, photography, motion graphics, and digital content while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires hands-on production, rapid turnaround, collaboration with multiple teams, and stewardship of the DAM system. On-site work schedule is Monday to Friday with occasional events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5–7+ years of multimedia production experience.
• Proven body of work in video, photography, and digital design.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects; other Adobe tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality multimedia assets (videos, motion/graphics, photography) for digital, social, and marketing platforms.
• Edit and produce short- and long‑form video content with strong narrative focus.
• Create branded motion graphics, lower thirds, overlays aligned with visual identities.
• Capture, edit, and organize photography and videography for digital and print use.
