Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia design, visual communications, digital media, animation, film, or a related field.
• Five or more years of professional design experience, including responsibility for creative direction, multimedia production, or team leadership.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual design, multimedia storytelling, brand development, and integrated campaign work.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the creative direction for University Advancement's fundraising, donor stewardship, and event communications.
• Develop original visual concepts, campaign identities, design systems, and creative treatments that bring advancement priorities to life.
• Translate communications briefs, institutional messages, and audience insights into clear, engaging visual solutions.
• Lead the design of high-visibility projects, including comprehensive campaign materials, fundraising appeals, donor proposals, stewardship reports, event experiences, and executive presentations.
• Manage creative projects from intake and scoping through concept development, stakeholder review, production, and final delivery.
• Develop project timelines, production schedules, creative briefs, specifications, and approval processes.
