SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service leader delivering customer and technical support across 60 languages. We are seeking a Customer Support Consultant to join our team and thrive in a multicultural, fully remote environment.

You will handle chat and voice inquiries, resolve issues, and provide high-quality support while meeting performance targets. A customer-focused mindset, strong communication, and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent English skills (C1) for spoken and written.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
• Experience providing customer support via phone calls and chat.
• Experience performing effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
• Clear, professional and empathetic communication with customers.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and meeting targets.
• Personal laptop with at least 8GB RAM and a stable internet connection (50 Mbps down / 40 Mbps up).

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via chat and calls.
• Assist customers with billing, how-to-use questions, technical issues and bugs.
• Respond to inquiries in line with SLAs and documented procedures.
• Explain platform features, policies, and expectations to enable quick solutions.
• Escalate complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate internal team.
• Research when information is missing and proactively seek solutions.
