Job summary

Merck is seeking a Technology Support Milking Product Expert to provide global technical milking support, diagnostics, and knowledge transfer across regions. You will collaborate with regional, product and R&D teams to enhance service tools and ensure successful adoption of milking technology.

The role requires strong leadership, remote collaboration, and the ability to manage KPI-led triage within CRM systems while traveling as needed to support customers and teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated effective analytical skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams.
• Advanced Knowledge of the DFII and SenseHub milking systems.
• Practical site empathy.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM would be advantageous.
• Significant leadership experience within operational or client-facing environments.
• Collaborative attitude working across matrix organization.
• Comfort and experience with remote team operations is a must.
• Advanced written and verbal business language communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• To provide technical milking support across multiple geographic locations.
• To monitor, diagnose, and fix milking technology issues and transfer knowledge.
• To collaborate with regional, product and R&D teams to develop service tools and enable adoption.
• To manage triage KPI using CRM and related processes.
• To travel regionally and globally to support local and regional teams.
• To install and support milking products on site when required.
• To work with product teams to build aftersales tools for local teams.
