Job summary

Merck in the United States is seeking a Technology Support Milking Product Expert to provide global aftersales support across time zones. You will diagnose, preventively monitor, and transfer knowledge on the milking technology portfolio while collaborating with regional, product, and R&D teams.

You will travel regionally and globally to work with local teams, help transition customers from legacy systems to SenseHub, and contribute to product readiness and lifecycle improvements.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or two-year dairy-specific degree; five years industry experience acceptable.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Advanced knowledge of the DFII and SenseHub milking systems.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is advantageous.
• Significant leadership experience within operational or client-facing environments.
• Collaborative attitude working across matrix organization.
• Comfort and experience with remote team operations is a must.
• Advanced written and verbal business language communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical milking support to international customers and regional teams.
• Lead triage and issue resolution using CRM and diagnostic tools.
• Develop and maintain aftersales tools and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to enable product readiness and launches.
• Travel regionally and globally as needed to support customers.
