Merck is seeking a Technology Support Milking Product Expert to provide global technical milking support, diagnostics, and knowledge transfer. You will work with regional and R&D teams to refine aftersales tools and ensure best practices across multiple time zones.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a swarming support model, with regional travel to implement improvements and support customers remotely or on-site as required.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or two-year dairy-specific degree; five years industry experience if no degree; high school diploma required.
• Demonstrated analytical ability and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical milking support across countries using the swarming model.
• Monitor, diagnose, fix, and transfer knowledge on milking technology portfolio.
• Collaborate with regional, product and R&D teams to develop aftersales tools.
• Triage KPI management across geographic locations using CRM and other tools.
• Travel regionally and globally to work with local and regional teams.
• Support milking product adoption through on-site installation support as needed.
• Assist in transitioning countries from legacy DFII systems to SenseHub milking.
