Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or two-year dairy-specific degree; five years industry experience if no degree; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong connections and understanding of Milking products.
• Manage escalations and hotfixes for Dairy Monitoring, Milking, and Automation products.
• Document support tickets by creating new support verticals.
• Lead technical discussions and influence key decisions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Promote a Swarming support model across CX departments.
• Improve Time Zone team effectiveness and knowledge.
