Foot Locker, Inc. seeks a visionary Sr. Manager to lead global merchandising technology with a focus on allocation platforms. You will define technology strategy, drive modernization, and enable outcomes across allocation planning, replenishment, and inventory optimization.

The role leads a global team of 10–15, works in a product-based delivery model, and uses data and AI-driven solutions to boost inventory productivity and platform performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Eng, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in retail or merchandising technology leadership.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale merchandising technology solutions.
• Hands-on experience implementing allocation, replenishment, inventory optimization, or related systems.
• Experience leading engineering teams across multiple disciplines and global delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Lead modernization of legacy platforms into cloud-native architectures.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of SaaS and vendor solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant configurations.
• Drive data, analytics, and AI-driven retail solutions for performance.
