Foot Locker is seeking a Senior Engineer to design, build, and support merchandising technology across global platforms. You will own application areas, deliver high-quality solutions, and contribute to modernization efforts in a dual legacy and modern environment.

You will collaborate with onshore/offshore teams, participate in agile ceremonies, and help drive scalable, maintainable systems with AI-assisted tooling. This is a 100% remote role supporting global merchandising efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years of application development and support experience.
• Experience with APIs, integration technologies, and databases.
• Experience across legacy and modern environments.
• Familiarity with data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications and services for merchandising capabilities.
• Deliver enhancements, integrations, and defect resolution across platforms.
• Contribute to AI/ML-driven features and AI-assisted development tools.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones and agile ceremonies.
