Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Global Marketing Manager for Atellica Infectious Disease assays. You will shape strategy, drive launches, and ensure adoption by connecting customer needs with product development across regions.

In this role you will lead global positioning, develop customer-facing content, and collaborate with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and regional teams to optimize portfolio performance. Remote work with travel opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

5+ years of marketing, product management, or commercial experience in IVD or related diagnostics.
Experience shaping portfolio strategy, global/regional launches, and post-launch growth.
Translate complex clinical/technical information into clear customer value propositions.
Proven ability to influence across functions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Develop global Infectious Disease assay strategy from opportunity assessment to lifecycle management.
Gather VOC, translate needs into product requirements and differentiated value propositions.
Partner with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and QA to inform requirements and launch plans.
Lead global positioning, messaging, launch readiness, and sales enablement materials.
Monitor market trends, support pricing decisions, and drive sustained adoption.
