Global Marketing Manager for Atellica assays - Infectious Disease portfolio

In this role, you will shape the strategy and commercialization of an important our Core Laboratory Solutions (CLS) portfolio. You will connect customer and clinical needs with product development, build differentiated market positions, and help regional teams drive successful launches and sustained adoption.

Your role:
  • Infectious Disease Portfolio Strategy and Lifecycle: Develop the global strategy for assigned Atellica Infectious Disease assays, from opportunity assessment and product definition through launch, growth, and lifecycle management. Assess market potential, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and portfolio performance to recommend priorities, investments, and product enhancements. Customer, Clinical and Market Insights: Build a deep understanding of Infectious Disease testing needs across laboratories, health systems, and other relevant stakeholders. Gather voice-of-customer and regional insights, identify unmet needs, and translate them into product requirements, market opportunities, and differentiated value propositions.
  • Product Development and Cross Functional Leadership: Partner with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, and regional teams to inform product requirements, evidence needs, claims, and launch plans. Represent the market and customer perspective at development and portfolio decision points and help teams resolve trade-offs that affect customer value and commercial success.
  • Global Launch and Commercialization: Lead global positioning, messaging, launch planning, and readiness for assigned assays. Develop customer-facing content, sales tools, training, and campaign strategies that regional teams can adapt to their markets. Coordinate across assays, analyzers, automation, and informatics to present a clear, integrated customer offering.
