Job summary
Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Global Marketing Manager for the Atellica Infectious Disease assays portfolio. You will shape strategy and commercialization, translating clinical needs into differentiated value propositions and leading global launches and ongoing adoption.
You will collaborate with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and regional teams to ensure compelling claims, evidence, and launch plans, while monitoring market dynamics and competitor activity to drive growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive marketing/product/commercial experience in IVD or diagnostics.
- Experience contributing to portfolio strategy, launches and post-launch growth.
- Ability to translate complex clinical and technical information into clear customer value propositions.
- Ability to lead cross-functional efforts and influence without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Develop global strategy for assigned Infectious Disease assays from opportunity assessment to lifecycle management.
- Build customer and market insights to translate needs into product requirements and market opportunities.
- Lead global positioning, messaging, launch planning, and readiness for assigned assays; develop sales tools and campaigns.
- Coordinate with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality and regional teams to inform requirements and launch plans.
