Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a Global Marketing Enablement Intern to develop and maintain marketing playbooks, onboarding resources, and guidance across regions.

You will help strengthen capability, speed adoption, and document best practices with global leaders and regional teams. The role offers a full-time paid summer internship (10–12 weeks) starting May/June 2027, in a remote-location setup within the United States.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to simplify complex guidance.
• Excellent organization and deadline coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable with collaboration tools.
• Analytical thinking with ability to interpret feedback and usage data.
• Collaborative mindset across functions and time zones.
• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to own projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and updating reusable marketing playbooks, templates, checklists, guides, and toolkits.
• Support Marketing Academy and onboarding content, including learning pathways and facilitator materials.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and communities of practice with stakeholders.
• Maintain the global marketing enablement knowledge hub with taxonomy and access ease.
• Document go-to-market methodologies and roles, ensuring best-practice examples exist.
• Gather feedback from Global and Regional teams and synthesize improvement opportunities.
• Monitor adoption and effectiveness via metrics like training participation and assets usage.
• Support enablement communications, change management, and stakeholder briefings.
• Explore AI and collaboration tools and document responsible-use guidance.
