Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking motivated candidates for a Summer 2027 Field Operations Intern across North America. This full-time, paid internship runs 10–12 weeks and offers hands-on experience in field operations on customer sites and construction locations.

You will learn jobsite coordination, safety, customer interaction, and project execution, with mentorship and progressive projects across servicing, installing, and modernizing elevators.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented environment with internal and external customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to develop expectations and relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support jobsite coordination and safety on-site at customer and construction locations.
• Collaborate with field teams to execute projects and interact with customers.
• Assist in learning the responsibilities of a Field Supervisor and contribute to project execution.
