Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking motivated undergraduates for a Summer 2027 Field Operations Intern role. This full-time, paid internship offers hands-on experience in field operations, jobsite coordination, safety, and project execution at onsite locations across North America.

You'll work with field teams, learn the responsibilities of a Field Supervisor, and gain exposure to servicing, installing, and modernizing elevators as part of Otis's diverse operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with field operations and jobsite coordination.
• Support safety processes and on-site workflows.
• Interact with customers and field teams to ensure project progress.
• Contribute to project execution and modernization efforts where applicable.
