Job summary

iHerb, LLC is seeking a Global Logistics Team Lead - US to partner with Global Logistics management and lead the U.S. and Canada carrier network.

You will drive delivery solutions for outbound direct-to-consumer shipments and liaison with transportation vendors while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve logistics efficiency. The role requires building cost-efficient, customer-focused shipping programs, monitoring performance metrics, and guiding a distributed team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of logistics experience with knowledge of transportation economics
• Bachelor’s degree in business or logistics or related field
• Experience in ecommerce and D2C landscape
• Strong vendor management and contract review experience
• Strong Excel/Office skills

Responsibilities

• Lead US/CAN carrier network strategy and execution
• Improve end-to-end delivery experience and visibility
• Develop vendor performance metrics and KPIs
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors
• Provide guidance to Global Logistics team
• Audit and maintain TMS vendor rates and routings
• Attend carrier facility visits and in-person meetings
• Identify opportunities for new delivery programs
