Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Logistics Analyst to drive logistics strategies for U.S. locations in support of defense and commercial programs. The role involves optimizing global material movements and coordinating with multiple teams including 3PLs and government agencies.

The candidate will develop SOPs, ensure compliance with import/export requirements, analyze data, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. Domestic travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics with 8+ years in import/export compliance, international/domestic logistics, and freight program development.

Responsibilities

• Develop logistics strategies for DoD, FAA, and commercial programs.
• Establish, maintain, and optimize global material movements across locations.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop freight and forwarding service programs.
• Evaluate logistics structures to improve deliveries, receipts, and outbound freight while reducing costs.
• Monitor materials movement end-to-end from origin to delivery.
• Maintain communication with SPM, 3PLs, brokers, government agencies, and suppliers.
• Develop logistics SOPs and ensure compliance with import/export shipping requirements.
• Travel domestically up to 10% annually.
