Job summary

Saab, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Lead Logistics Analyst to join the Supply Chain team. The role supports DoD, FAA, and commercial programs, developing logistics strategies and overseeing global material movements across U.S.

locations. You will collaborate with leadership to shape freight programs, optimize deliveries and costs, maintain SOPs, and travel up to 10% domestically. Candidates should have a strong background in import/export compliance and ERP/MRP systems, especially

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics) with 8+ years of import/export compliance and global logistics experience, or a Master’s with 6+ years.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably Oracle.

Responsibilities

Serve as member of the Supply Chain Management team, reporting to the Director of Supply Chain.
Develop logistics strategies for all U.S. locations supporting DoD, FAA, and commercial programs.
Establish, maintain, and optimize global material movements in collaboration with multiple teams.
Collaborate to develop freight and forwarding service provider programs.
Evaluate current logistics structures to improve deliveries, receipts, and outbound freight while reducing costs.
Monitor movement of materials from origin to delivery, aligning with planning and SPM.
