Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a seasoned Global Logistics Leader to oversee end-to-end distribution of humanitarian supplies. You will manage domestic and international operations (70% domestic, 30% international), implement demand planning, and lead system integrations across ERPs and CRM platforms.

The role requires 10+ years in global supply chain leadership, nonprofit experience preferred, and ability to work remotely full-time with up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business Administration or related field; master's preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in global supply chain and logistics management
• Certifications such as APICS/ASCM CSCP/CPIM, ISM CPSM, or CHL preferred
• Hands-on operational leader with practical decision-making in nonprofits/NGO contexts
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and warehouse management systems

Responsibilities

• Design and implement demand forecasting and inventory frameworks
• Lead domestic and international logistics operations across 30% international scope
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain execution from donor to distribution
• Develop SOPs for shipment tracking, inventory control and documentation
• Partner with Finance for inventory reconciliation and audit readiness
• Ensure compliance with U.S. export controls and sanctions
• Manage performance criteria and training for distribution partners
• Lead a global logistics team and collaborate across departments
• Drive systems integration and digital transformation of logistics tools
• Translate field data into actionable dashboards and KPIs
• Travel approx. 30% for operational needs
