Job summary

350.org is seeking a Global Lead, Partnerships and Networks to engage a global network of activists, supporters and partners in our campaigns. You will oversee a small distributed team and drive networks across regions to support climate justice work.

The role requires building strategic relationships, tracking network health, and ensuring alignment with global strategy. This is a fully remote, senior leadership position with a focus on justice, equity, diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ senior level experience in organising or movement-building, ideally in the climate sector.
• Direct management experience of people (minimum 3 years).
• Experience building, strengthening, and scaling volunteer-led or grassroots networks in the Global South.
• Knowledge of the global climate movement and ability to navigate sensitive topics.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management with accountability practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of network strategy for partners, allies and local groups aligned to campaign priorities.
• Track, evaluate, and report on network health, volunteer engagement and leadership development.
• Provide global and regional insights for mobilisation planning and network delivery.
• Build strategic relationships across the climate movement, donors and external partners.
• Line manage two Regional Network Coordinators and ensure high performance and collaboration.
