Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Owner to bridge IT and business teams across Global Services and SI. You will turn complex requirements into actionable plans, manage risks, and drive value delivery.

This role emphasizes executive communication, Agile delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to modernize Oracle ERP deployments and on-prem to Fusion cloud migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with strong business acumen.
• 10+ years of IT experience and 5+ years as a Product Owner or similar role.
• 5+ years of Oracle ERP experience and a technical background.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and project plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams between Global Services and SI to deliver solutions.
• Manage risks, track progress, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to optimize processes and adoption.
