Job summary

Motorola Solutions' Global IT organization is seeking a results-driven IT program manager to liaise between IT and business stakeholders across Global Services and Systems Integration. You will translate evolving business needs into actionable project plans, manage risks, and maintain rigorous documentation to deliver innovative technology solutions for customers.

You will partner with business leads to design solutions, ensure standardization, and drive adoption while keeping projects on time

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing and delivering complex IT initiatives.
• Strong liaison between IT and business stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product backlog management.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship between Global Services and the SI team and collaborate with other business functions.
• Understand requirements across business functions and develop creative IT solutions.
• Drive migration of on-prem Oracle deployments to Fusion cloud.
• Ensure tool utilization, standardization, and alignment with project management platforms.
• Maintain project documentation and monitor progress to meet commitments.
