Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, commercial and leadership roles across EMEA. You will partner with HR and hiring managers to develop strategies, lead intake discussions, and engage passive talent through multiple channels.

You will use AI-enabled tools judiciously, build multilingual pipelines, and ensure a fair, inclusive candidate experience across markets. A background in regulated health sectors is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of related experience.
• Experience in medical device or regulated industries preferred.
• Multilingual recruitment and stakeholder collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, commercial and leadership roles across EMEA.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies.
• Lead intake discussions, clarify role requirements and use market insights to influence decisions.
• Proactively identify and engage passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Use AI-enabled recruiting tools while maintaining human judgment and candidate privacy.
