Figma is seeking an Immigration Program Manager to support global mobility, visa sponsorship, and compliance, partnering with counsel and cross-functional teams.

You will lead high-volume immigration cases across US, EMEA, JAPAC, LATAM, manage relocations, track work authorizations, and design resources and trainings for Figmates worldwide.

This full-time role can be remote in the United States, with exposure to M&A and international expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing immigration for multiple regions at a global tech company or law firm.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories.
• Experience with vendor management and international relocations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for immigration inquiries and strategy.
• Manage high-volume immigration cases across US, EMEA, JAPAC, LATAM.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on petitions, timelines, audits.
• Track work authorizations and ensure timely renewals.
• Develop Figmate-facing resources and training.
• Monitor regulatory changes and manage internal reporting.
