Qualifikationen

• Law degree with active licence to practice in an EMEA or Americas jurisdiction.
• Substantial senior in-house experience in a global technology or software business.
• Track record of leading a distributed legal team across regions and time zones.

• Lead the global Legal and Compliance function across EMEA and the Americas.
• Own corporate governance, structures, and delegated authority.
• Manage commercial contracting framework and open source licensing strategy.
• Oversee IP, trademarks, data protection, export controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead litigation management, external counsel, and regulatory engagements.
• Advise CEO, COO, CFO and Board; support Board and committee meetings.
