Job summary

Brandtech+ is seeking a GenAI Global Capability Lead to drive the adoption and implementation of GenAI-powered platforms across global creative and commercial teams. This remote role collaborates with business, sales and creative leadership to vet opportunities, scope solutions, oversee pilots, and enable seamless transitions to managed services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technology-driven, digital or creative production environment.
• Strong understanding of GenAI platforms and creative workflows.
• Ability to partner with sales, creative, delivery and business teams to scope client briefs and ensure feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Vet and scope client briefs with sales to align proposals with PencilPro capabilities.
• Provide guidance on technical feasibility and protect delivery teams from over-commitment.
• Collaborate with leadership to realise creative and commercial vision from a technical perspective.
• Scope pilot requirements, set KPIs, and ensure smooth handover into managed service.
• Troubleshoot and optimise PencilPro workflows to improve efficiency.
