Truelogic is seeking a Creative Technologist to join our team at the intersection of creative strategy, brand execution, and emerging AI technology.

This hands-on, enterprise role operates in an embedded lab with cross-functional teams, leading AI-powered workflows and governance. The role requires translating complex business and creative requirements into scalable GenAI solutions and working with senior stakeholders to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building enterprise GenAI workflows.
• Experience with node-based or visual logic builders.
• Proven ability translating business and creative requirements into workflows.
• Experience in client-facing or senior stakeholder-facing roles.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Available to work full-time hours aligned with US Central Time.

Responsibilities

• Translate creative and business requests into scoped GenAI workflow builds.
• Build, configure, test, and maintain GenAI workflows and automation pipelines.
• Configure prompts, model settings, and agent behaviors across GenAI models.
• Design and maintain node-based workflows using visual builders.
• Document configurations, tests, and learnings; contribute to playbooks.
• Plan structured testing and KPI-driven validation across categories.
• Maintain design system components within GenAI workflows.
• Manage quality-control, validation, and governance standards for outputs.
• Monitor workflow efficiency, model usage, and production performance.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and align stakeholders on requirements.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, brand, and technology teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation and scalability.
