Job summary

Brandtech+ is seeking a Senior Integrated Designer with motion skills to join our global, remote team. You’ll blend traditional design with GenAI-powered workflows to ideate, create, and deliver scalable assets for digital marketing and social campaigns.

You’ll work from briefs to delivery with Pencil AI and other GenAI tools, collaborating across disciplines, upholding brand guidelines, and staying ahead of evolving trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Integrated Design with motion in ads or studios.
• Portfolio showing AI-assisted and traditional design.
• Experience with GenAI tools and Pencil platform training.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets across digital and social.
• Design, animate, and refine assets for various formats using GenAI.
• Develop assets for major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Display) with Pencil.
• Lead multi-channel adaptation and ensure brand consistency.
• Present work and justify GenAI contributions to the team.
