Job summary

Dexcom seeks a senior leader to build and run fraud prevention for Technical Support globally. You will collaborate with IT, Product, Finance, Quality, and Legal to catch fraud early while protecting patient access to sensors.

The role requires 13+ years in industry, a technical degree, and strong leadership skills to drive cross-functional fraud controls and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 13+ years in industry.
• Experience leading fraud prevention at scale (synthetic identities, account takeover, etc.).
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve a comprehensive fraud prevention strategy.
• Lead complex fraud investigations with IT, Legal and Security teams.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Security to embed controls upstream.
• Establish enterprise fraud governance metrics and executive reporting.
• Present findings to TS leadership, Operating Committee and Board-level requests.
