Job summary

Dexcom seeks a senior leader to head Data Protection and Insider Risk across endpoints, email, cloud, and collaboration tools. You will define strategy, operate globally, and supervise investigations to protect trade secrets and sensitive data.

You will partner with Privacy, Legal, HR, and IT to implement governance, drive remediation, and advance a mature risk program with automation and AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 13+ years of industry experience.
• 5-8 years of people management experience.
• Proven success building enterprise Data Protection, DLP, or Insider Risk programs.
• Strong knowledge of DLP controls across endpoints, email, web, cloud, SaaS, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with Netskope and/or Microsoft Purview and related telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Data Protection and Insider Risk strategy, operating model, and roadmap.
• Build and lead a global team with accountability for program delivery and control effectiveness.
• Own the enterprise DLP lifecycle across endpoints, email, web, cloud, SaaS, and collaboration channels.
• Establish and mature the Insider Risk Program with governance, detection use cases, and investigations workflows.
• Partner with data owners and legal, privacy, HR, and IT to protect high-value information and drive remediation.
