Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a senior leader to design and run fraud detection and prevention for Global Technical Support. You will collaborate across IT, Product, Finance, Quality, Legal, and Operations to stop fraud early while protecting patients who rely on Dexcom sensors.

You will define signals, tune models, and push upstream controls from account creation to device validation in a regulated healthcare environment. The role requires 13+ years of industry experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Built or run fraud detection and prevention at scale.
• Understand synthetic identities and identity graphs.
• Able to define signals, test them, and distinguish real patterns from noise.
• Experience with governing data science teams or vendors on drift and governance.
• Experience in regulated environments with audit-ready controls.

Responsibilities

• Build and run fraud detection and prevention for Technical Support globally.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, IT, Security, and other teams to embed fraud prevention upstream.
• Establish governance performance metrics and executive reporting for fraud exposure and losses.
• Lead complex fraud investigations across internal and external threats.
• Brief leadership and board-level stakeholders on fraud indicators, thresholds and results.
