Dexcom is seeking a Capability Leader - Fraud Management to build and run global fraud detection and prevention for Technical Support from a remote California location. You will partner with IT, Product, Finance, Quality, and Legal to embed prevention upstream and set robust controls to protect customers and Dexcom’s brand.

Responsabilités

• Build and run fraud detection and prevention for Technical Support globally.
• Develop and evolve the fraud prevention strategy with threat modeling and playbooks.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, IT, Security, and Digital teams to embed prevention upstream.
• Establish governance metrics and executive reporting on fraud exposure, losses prevented, and control effectiveness.
• Lead complex fraud investigations and coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Security to ensure timely resolution.
