Job summary

Boundless Life seeks a Head of Community to foster a thriving global family of remote workers. You will lead the community experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement, shaping a high-touch yet scalable program.

Collaborate across Operations, Product, Education, Marketing and Sales to design rituals, platforms, and processes. You will coach the Community team, set metrics, and champion families’ belonging, using automation and AI where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and scaling communities.
• Strong leadership skills with coaching and mentoring.
• Ability to turn strategy into scalable journeys, processes and playbooks.
• High technology fluency, with experience using community platforms, automation, AI, and customer support tools.
• Experience in startups or scale-ups, preferably in education, hospitality, travel, or membership.

Responsibilities

• Own the community journey from pre-arrival to post-cohort touchpoints.
• Define engagement strategy and rituals to keep the community active and inclusive.
• Lead the technology roadmap for the community and evolve from Slack/Notion to an app.
• Introduce AI-enabled support and automation to improve speed while preserving human moments.
• Coach and develop the Community team and monitor key performance metrics.
