Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company, a global leader in thermal management, is seeking a Global Facilities & Real Estate Manager in Racine, WI. You will shape facility guidelines, manage the global lease database, and oversee upgrades across sites.

Responsibilities include advising local leaders, driving site improvements, supporting sustainability, and developing cost data for global utilities. Travel up to 20–30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in facilities management with knowledge of facility leases.
• Strong project management, multi-tasking and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn other management software.
• Excellent collaboration and communication, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with local facilities leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement at global manufacturing sites with local partners.
• Assist with sustainability activities and infrastructure planning.
• Support office/lab space design and overall look and feel of Modine.
• Develop utility usage and cost data for global sites.
• Assist with global lease responsibilities and data tracking.
• Contribute to global real estate strategy and site selections.
