Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) Lead in Racine, Wisconsin. The role focuses on driving technical readiness and scalable processes for upcoming plant launches, working as a PMO workstream lead across projects.

You will deploy to plant sites for equipment installation, process validation, and layout optimization, coordinating with PMO to ensure alignment with launch goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process development, or plant launch support.
• Experience with CAD, MES, and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the AME workstream lead on cross-functional programs and PMO planning.
• Deploy to plant sites to support equipment installation, process validation, and layout optimization.
• Partner with PMO teams to align manufacturing engineering deliverables with launch timelines.
• Lead efforts to integrate automation, digital tools, and advanced technologies into new lines.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and scalability of new products.
• Support the development of standard work, process documentation, and training materials.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during launch phases and escalate risks as needed.
• Provide feedback to leadership on technical readiness and improvement opportunities.
