Job summary

Lime is hiring a Global Equity Administrator & Program Owner to join our Total Rewards and HR team. You will own the administration, governance, education, and continuous improvement of the company’s global equity programmes.

You will support employees across countries and entities, partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, HRIS, and Audit, and use automation to improve quality and efficiency. Remote US-based position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of global stock plan administration or related field.
• Experience across multiple countries, entities, payrolls, and tax jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage global stock plans and related processes (options, RSUs, PSUs, ESPP).
• Apply country-specific requirements to global transactions (tax, payroll, currency).
• Maintain ETRADE Equity Edge Online as the record for awards and plan documents.
• Oversee vendor relationships and system integrations (ETRADE, Workday, payroll, transfer agents).
• Support public-company reporting, controls, and governance with accurate equity data.
• Own SOX controls, workflows, access controls, and control certifications.
• Partner with Legal/Tax on plan interpretation and compliance.
• Develop a global equity education strategy with scalable resources and training.
