Job summary

Genpact LLC is seeking an experienced Lead to own equity plan administration globally, including ESPP, insider reporting, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and service providers, and mentor a direct report.

The role can be performed remotely, with preference for candidates in the United States. A strong background in US public company equity administration and CEBS/ICMAI certifications is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/IR, HRM, or psychology; Master’s in MBA or HRM is preferred.
• CEBS certification or ICMAI certification is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of US regulatory compliance for equity plans and SEC reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end administration of global equity and ESPP plans.
• Manage SEC insider transaction reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor a direct report and collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and external providers.
