Job summary

Alpaca is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate enterprise integrations globally, guiding timelines, dependencies, and risk management from conception to launch. You will align cross-functional teams including product, engineering, compliance, and operations, acting as the customer advocate internally to accelerate partnerships.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of enterprise PM experience, strong English communication, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a fintech focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of enterprise-level project management experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work with customers worldwide.
• Familiarity with FinTech, financial markets, and investing apps.
• Experience with Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp and Google Workspace.
• Startup mindset and customer-facing experience.
• Sales and customer success background, leading the customer experience.
• Training/enablement experience.
• Brokerage/stocks experience.
• Crypto experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise launches using Alpaca APIs (equities, crypto, options, and more).
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to scope, plan, and execute integration timelines.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and align resources.
• Facilitate weekly partner check-ins and drive action items.
• Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and partners.
• Help partners navigate onboarding requirements such as KYC, AML and disclosures.
• Document processes and scale onboarding frameworks for future integrations.
• Be the voice of the customer internally for leadership across teams.
• Communicate feature requests to technical teams and prioritize accordingly.
