Cloudera in Boston is seeking a Senior Global Developer Marketing Manager to define and orchestrate our global developer marketing programs. You will connect developer insights with broader marketing engines and drive cross-functional campaigns that engage, influence adoption and generate pipeline.

In this strategic role, you will align initiatives with product and brand campaigns, build an ICP playbook, ensure scalable programs, measure outcomes with analytics, and manage budgets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of persona based demand generation and developer marketing.
• At least 2 years in a strategic, cross-functional capacity.
• Proven track record of orchestrating complex programs across marketing disciplines.
• Deep understanding of the developer persona, workflows, and open-source dynamics.
• Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business value for marketing stakeholders.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Tableau, SFDC).
• This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead global developer marketing programs.
• Translate developer community insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Design, scale, and govern global developer programs.
• Refine the developer persona framework with Marketing Operations to track metrics.
• Translate engagement metrics into business impact and guide decisions.
• Collaborate across marketing to co-create campaigns and activations.
• Ensure content and programs are leveraged in regional sales plays.
